Despite the gloomy weather, the school celebrated St John’s Day and Midsummer on Thursday, June 24th. With beautiful songs around the bonfire, old school games led by the older children on the basketball court and an end of year picnic organised by the PFA, it was a wonderful way to round up the year.

Primary 7 athletes from a host of schools went to Mary Peter’s Track in South Belfast to run, jump and throw on June 18th. Fiona, Jude and Ella-Mae represented Holywood Steiner School and enjoyed the whole experience.

We are delighted to be celebrating St John’s Day with our annual family picnic. It is open to all current pupils and their families, plus those joining us in September. It’s a wonderful opportunity to get to know other families in the school and to celebrate the end of the academic year.
